To all those interviewing for the Harvard Club of Saint Louis already--thank you, thank you!  Here are links to two forms that will be of assitance to you:

 

1) HCSL Interview Questionnaire:  This should be filled out in advance by students applying to Harvard.  Students should bring the completed questionnaire to the interview.

 

2) Harvard Interview Report Form:  Harvard requests interviewers to complete and submit their reports online via the secure HAA website.  If this is not possible, the paper interview report can be completed and sent to Harvard via fax or mail.
